Common questions

Do we have to pay it all at once?
No. A 5% reservation is fully refundable and holds your build slot. A 50% production deposit begins your build, with the balance due before shipping. Monthly payment plans are available on request — many congregations and schools use them.

Do we need to prove we are a nonprofit?
Yes, but not immediately. A copy of your sales-tax exemption certificate is required before your sign ships. You can email it any time after ordering and it will not delay your build.

Should we get one side or two?
If traffic passes your property in both directions, two sides reach everyone and the second face is discounted. If your sign faces a wall, a corner or a single approach, one side is plenty.

Who designs the content?
You do — it is free and simple. We will show you how to create eye-catching messages in Canva.com and push them to your sign in minutes.

What if something breaks?
Call us. Every part is modular and replaceable. Years 1–5 include full parts coverage for defects in materials or workmanship, with repair or replacement at our discretion. From year 6 you keep lifetime system support and a 40% trade-in credit toward current-generation modules.
