Interactive assembly & power planner

Enter the sign size. The planner splits it into shippable sections, plots every bolt and bracket the installer touches on site, and sizes the {{ volts }} V circuits. Modules are 12.6″ square, 95 W each.

Fixed Letter pages, exactly as shown — two steps per sheet where they fit. Leave scale and margins on Default in the print dialog.

Rules this planner follows. Sections cap at 4 ft and split as evenly as possible (8 → 4+4, 7 → 4+3, 6 → 3+3, 10 → 4+3+3). Sections ship pre-assembled, so on site the installer sets only 2 M8 bolts per module along each section seam, an X bracket with 4 M10 at every point where four modules meet on a seam, and an L bracket with 2 M10 every two modules around the perimeter — worst-case perimeter spacing.
