NONPROFIT & ORGANIZATION RATE

Your sign, in six simple steps.

Churches, schools, libraries, fire departments and civic groups get our lowest rate. Make your choices and your price updates as you go — order online or get a written quote, whichever you prefer.

1

Choose your size

Most organizations start with Medium. Online sizing runs from 2.1 ft × 4.2 ft up to 10.5 ft × 21 ft — call us for anything outside that. Nothing is final until you speak with us.

2

One side or two?

If traffic passes your property in both directions, two sides reach everyone. The second side is discounted.

3

How will it be mounted?

Already have a sign structure or a brick wall? Choose the first option — L brackets are included. Not sure? Open "What's included" on each to compare.

4

What kind of organization?

Every type below gets the same nonprofit rate — this tells us which one you are, for your quote and your tax-exempt paperwork. Veteran-based organizations get an extra 5% off the display and resolution upgrade. No paperwork right now — we simply need your tax-exempt certificate before your sign ships.

Pick one to continue — your nonprofit rate depends on it.
Please note: a copy of your sales-tax exemption certificate is required before your sign ships. You can email it to us any time after ordering — it does not delay your build.
5

Resolution & specifications

Upgrades are discounted for nonprofits too — 25% off Spotlight, 40% off Beacon. Most organizations do well with Lighthouse — it's included. Upgrade only if people read your sign from close up.

Pixel pitch is the distance between LEDs. A smaller number looks sharper up close; from the road, a larger pitch reads just as well and costs less. Every model uses the same 8,000-nit brightness and sealed aluminum cabinet.

How will you pay?

In the order we would recommend them. Your choice updates the price panel — you can switch back any time.

Best option Pay in full
{{ totalStr }}
The lowest total cost, and where your nonprofit discount is fully realized — {{ savingsStr }} off the standard rate. Pay by check or bank transfer and there is no card fee; cards and PayPal add 3%.
Prefer to finance Finance through Navitas Credit
No payments for the first 90 days — on approved credit
Navitas is the lender we work with, and for most organizations their rates come in well below our in-house financing — your actual rate and term depend on credit approval. Your nonprofit discount stays fully intact, because Navitas pays us in cash on your behalf — you are getting the {{ totalStr }} price, not a marked-up one. Your own bank or credit union works exactly the same way if you would rather use them.
Apply through Navitas →
The paperwork button emails you the dated quote — name your bank on that form and we will include the spec sheet, W-9 and an invoice made out for the loan.
About applying: Navitas Credit Corp. is a separate company, not LED Sign City. Their application, approval terms, rates and privacy policy are their own, and you submit your information directly to them on their site — we do not see it unless you tell us. Applying involves a credit inquiry, which may appear on your organization's credit file. Applying does not commit you to buying the sign, and it never changes the price we quoted you. All terms, including the 90-day promotion, are subject to Navitas's approval and their published terms.
Last resort In-house financing — 60 months
Declined by Navitas and by your own bank? We will carry it ourselves. We approve organizations that lenders turn down, and the price reflects that risk — this is the most expensive way to buy the sign. If either option above is open to you, take it.

A build this size ships on a dedicated freight schedule and needs an engineer to sign off on your structure, so we finish it with you by phone rather than online.

Everything below is included

Everything on this list is in the price you see. Two costs are not, and both are listed below — we would rather you hear it now than at invoicing.

{{ i.title }} {{ i.desc }}
Not in this price
! Stamped and sealed drawings — $350 if your city requires them Engineered drawings are included and never invoiced — not even if your permit is denied. Some jurisdictions additionally require them stamped and sealed by a licensed engineer; that is a one-time $350 charge we will confirm with you first, and it is the only drawing charge that exists.
! Sales tax, only if your exemption certificate never reaches us This price assumes you are tax-exempt. Email your certificate to orders@ledsigncity.com any time before shipping and there is no tax. Without it, applicable sales tax is added to the final invoice.
! Installation, permits, power and foundation work This is ship-direct pricing. Labor, permit fees, the electrical run, concrete work and any lift or crane are handled by your contractor, or quoted separately if you would like us to arrange them.
! 3% card processing, only if you pay by card Pay by bank transfer or check and there is no fee. Card and PayPal payments add 3% at checkout, shown before you confirm. The processor keeps that 3% even if you cancel, so it is not refundable.
Interactive assembly planner

See how your sign goes together before it ships.

Nothing over 4 ft ships as one piece. Enter any size and the planner shows the sections, every M8 bolt at the seams, the X and L brackets, the power ports and signal chain, and the 20 A circuits it needs at 120 V or 240 V.
